Project Manager - Permitting and CAD in Real Estate

The Development Manager will directly report into the Senior Leadership team and have the following responsibilities.

• Duties include due diligence for potential property acquisitions
• Creating concept plans with AutoCAD
• Hiring, managing and overseeing outside engineers and consultants
• Researching government regulations, managing the permitting process and obtaining all required project permits,
• Attending municipal board meetings, working with project abutters and government officials, and ensuring that construction complies with local regulations and approval conditions for retail, office, industrial and residential projects.
• Perform effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
