Job Description

  • Lead plumbing projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Oversee field teams and subcontractors
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and documentation
  • Travel to project sites as needed for oversight and coordination

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in mechanical construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in project management tools and communication platforms
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience in multifamily and hospitality projects preferred
