My client, an established international general contractor with U.S. operations based in Washington, D.C., is actively seeking a Project Manager to lead upcoming new construction and renovation projects in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. These projects include municipal facilities such as police stations, firehouses, community centers, and K-12 schools, with typical contract values up to $30M.

Job Description



  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.


  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.


  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.


  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.


  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.


  • Mentor and supervise project engineers or assistant PMs as needed.

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.


  • Strong background in municipal, K-12, or government buildings is preferred.


  • Experience managing projects of $20M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
