The general contractor works with DSNY, DASNY, OGS, NYSCA, NYCDEP to name a few public agencies. Our client is hiring out of growth - this large general contractor just won a contract close to $100M and is hiring for multiple positions to sustain these projects and pipeline.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of public works construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records for reporting and future reference.
