Our client is a large general contractor with a great reputation and is viewed as a leader in its space. The general contractor works with DSNY, DASNY, OGS, NYSCA, NYCDEP to name a few public agencies. Our client is hiring out of growth - this large general contractor just won a contract close to $100M and is hiring for multiple positions to sustain these projects and pipeline.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of public works construction projects, from planning to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records for reporting and future reference.
