Project Manager - Real Estate & Capital Projects

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent capital projects, including lobby repositioning, amenity upgrades, and structural retrofits from inception to close-out.
• Financial Stewardship: Develop detailed project budgets, manage RFPs, negotiate vendor contracts, and maintain strict oversight of a multi-million dollar annual capital plan.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Lead weekly construction meetings and provide transparent reporting to the investment management team regarding timelines and risk mitigation.
• Sustainability Integration: Implement green building initiatives and energy-efficient technologies in alignment with LEED and WELL certification goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all site activities adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and the firm's rigorous "Sustainable Foundations" checklist.
