About Our Client
Our client is one of Cincinnati's hottest and fastest growing developers. With a number of successful projects on the books and an impressive backlog, this developer is currently working on a 207,000 SF Residential and Retail Plaza and is transforming Downtown Cincy.
Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Assist in the selection of architects, interior designers, engineers and manage and direct their services throughout the projects.
- Responsible for budgeting during pre-project, final bidding and course corrections.
- Constant communication with the property staff before, during and after the renovation work to learn every property characteristic and needs.
- Coordinate and administer the process for obtaining permits, licenses, and other governmental approvals.
- Work with the selected contractors, suppliers and vendors and our internal legal departments with the execution of construction contracts.
- Collect, review, and assure proper completion by contractors and manufacturers of the as-built shop drawings and reports.
- Review new project bids and negotiate project contracts
- Contract and risk management
- Lead the entire building process from conception through completion
- Work to resolve and trouble shoot any problems
- Hold team members accountable

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction Management or related field
- 7+ years of related experience with a GC or Developer
- Experience with Excel, Yardi, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, ProCore and MS Office Project
- Detail oriented Project Manager
- Knowledge of project estimating and materials costing
- Experience working with and managing subcontractors for the Developer
- Motivated individual looking to advance the company
