Project Manager - Renovations - St. Louis

St. Louis Permanent USD75,000 - USD85,000
  • Fully integrated real estate developer/builder
  • Local work to St. Louis with more coming in 2022

About Our Client

My client is a fully integrated developer/builder that specializes primarily in multifamily renovations across the country. Although they have a presence across the United States, they have a consistent backlog of work here in the St. Louis market that requires a local presence to manage. Their typical project is roughly a year in duration and the size can range up to about $5M. They pride themselves on not only doing quality work but taking care of the residents of these facilities. Most of their work is done on currently occupied buildings so there is a level of conscientiousness that employees must have for those who live in the building. Due to their backlog and future plans for work, they are targeting to bring a project manager onboard here before the end of 2021 and this position can start immediately. Apply now and your resume will be considered within 24 hours.
