Project Manager - Residential Construction - Greater Boston

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure financial and scheduling goals are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts and reports.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulatory requirements.
