Project Manager - Residential Construction

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery within allocated resources.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address project challenges effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress and address any issues.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
