Project Manager - Residential Construction

• Oversee and manage residential interior construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure high-quality execution of high-end finishes, including tile, millwork, etc.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Monitor construction progress and address issues to maintain quality and standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• General knowledge of building and construction codes
