About Our Client
Our client is a leader in development and construction of Multifamily/Affordable Housing projects in Ohio and several other states throughout the Midwest. This general contractor has been operating for over 30 years and has been continuing their trend of rapid growth through the region. With a backlog into 2024 consisting of projects $5M - $40M they are looking to expand their talented team with an experienced Project Manager.
Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Must be able to understand all aspects of site development from the site work to the installation of underground utilities
- Review drawing/plan specifications
- Attend turnover meeting for all projects to ensure operations understands requirements
- Orchestrate bidding process
- Oversee take offs and material quantities for various products as applicable. As well as, review and confirm they are accurate to plan
- Handle all RFIs, ASIs, and COs
- Provide input on project schedule
- Travel to job sites as necessary with notice
- Attend Department meetings as required

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the role as a Multi-Family Project Manager would have:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, or a related field
- 3+ years of Project Management experience/ 8+ years of construction experience
- Ability to understand and interpret safety laws and company policies/standards
- Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize associate performance
- Business oriented
- Must possess OSHA certification or be willing to obtain one
- Ground-Up, Multi-Family experience preferred
What's on Offer
Upon an offer as a Project Manager you will be offered:
- $90,000-$115,000 (w/ Annual salary increases based off of performance)
- Project based bonus (paid annually) $10,000-$30,000
- Hybrid role - in office Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 22 days off to start
