Project Manager - Restaurant Construction

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of retail construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts effectively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
