Job Description

  • Manage all phases of retail construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
