Project Manager - South Shore, MA - Retail/ Restaurant

• Manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Oversee procurement processes, including materials and equipment purchases.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
