Job Description

  • Project Leadership | Manage commercial projects from planning through completion.
  • Client Relations | Serve as primary point of contact ensuring strong client partnerships.
  • Scheduling & Budgeting | Oversee timelines, costs, and subcontractor performance.
  • Team Collaboration | Partner closely with field staff and ownership for seamless delivery.
  • Quality & Safety | Ensure top-tier workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  • Preconstruction | Participate in estimating, bidding, and subcontractor selection.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven track record managing projects in the $1-10M range.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgets, and client management.
  • Comfortable working in a smaller, team-oriented environment with direct owner access.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
