Project Manager - St. Louis General Contractor

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any variances promptly.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure all project-related records are accurate and up-to-date.
