Job Description

  • Lead project management efforts while maintaining excellent communication skills with superintendents and clients.
  • Multitask between multiple projects ranging up to $25M in size.
  • Oversee all operations including scheduling, workload, budgeting and much more.
  • Help estimators when necessary on bid days
  • Ability to lead projects from start to finish
  • Ensure all safety protocols are being strictly adhered to
  • Drive solutions
  • Assist in business development by maintaining excellent communication with clients

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
  • Someone who can hit the ground running
  • Estimating experience strongly preferred
  • Ground up and renovation experience
  • Worked on industrial and retail projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer oriented with focus on business development
