The role of this Project Manager is to lead several projects at one time and be client facing. This role is based in Burlington and focuses on delivering high-quality projects while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve project-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
  • Monitor project costs and implement measures to control expenses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.

A successful Project Manager - Subcontractor should have:

  • 4+ Years of Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure project quality.
  • Be able to communicate with clients
  • Experience within multifamily projects is ideal
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations.
