Job Description

  • Oversee full project lifecycle for MDCPS renovations, additions, and capital improvement work.
  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and district stakeholders.
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Maintain compliance with MDCPS standards, permitting requirements, and district protocols.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal teams and MDCPS personnel.
  • Provide onsite leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution.
  • Manage daily field operations, subcontractor performance, and logistics.
  • Enforce jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, and MDCPS safety protocols.
