• Plan and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and superintendents, to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor safety, enforce compliance with regulations, and conduct site visits to ensure quality control.
• Manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and oversee change orders and financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee smooth project closeout processes.
