Job Description

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution of assigned projects
  • Manage project schedules, cost forecasting, and subcontractor performance
  • Oversee RFI, submittal, and change management processes
  • Guide field teams, Superintendents, and APMs to ensure alignment and progress
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, design partners, and facility leadership
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Support preconstruction efforts as needed (scope review, value analysis, scheduling input)
  • Deliver consistent documentation, reporting, and project updates to leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare Construction should have:

  • 5-10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Must have healthcare project experience (acute care, expansions, additions, clinics, MOBs, etc.)
  • Strong tenure-stable career history with reputable GCs
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi‑phase projects
  • Skilled at building client trust and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (Procore preferred)

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 (flexible depending on experience level)
  • Vehicle Allowance: $700/month
  • Bonus: Discretionary-typically ~15% of annual salary
  • 401(k): 5% at 50% match, eligible after one year
  • Insurance: Strong healthcare coverage; company covers 100% for Superintendents
