Project Manager - TOP ENR GC

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet project goals.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement and manage resources efficiently.
