My client is a confidential, well‑established general contractor with a strong presence across North and South Carolina. Founded in the 1990s and generating over $300M in annual revenue, they operate with roughly 200 employees across five offices, including a thriving Charlotte division that continues to expand. Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
  • Proactively manage risks and implement solutions to overcome project challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proficiency with project management software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment
