About Our Client

I'm currently representing a vertically integrated Developer/General Contractor/Property Management firm with a strong national presence, having delivered over 300 projects across 35+ states. They specialize in industrial, office, retail, and broader commercial construction, with most projects typically ranging between $10M-$50M+.

The company has built long-term relationships with major clients, including organizations like Waste Management, and continues to grow through repeat business and strong partnerships.

Their construction team is intentionally lean, consisting of roughly 25-40 professionals, which allows team members to work closely with leadership. The executive team is very hands-on and collaborates directly with Project Managers and Superintendents, creating a highly transparent and supportive environment where employees have direct access to decision-makers.

Because of the company's structure and size, individuals are given meaningful project ownership and the opportunity to make a direct impact on both project success and company growth.

Job Description

Lead commercial projects from inception through completion
Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
Deliver projects ranging from $5M+ within a strong backlog of diverse commercial work

The Successful Applicant

5-10+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction across multiple sectors.
Proven ability to run projects valued at $5M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus
