Project Manager - Westchester

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
