My client is a construction firm that specializes in multifamily/mixed use and hotel work. They have a decades-long track record of excellence in this space and are currently in a phase of sustainable growth.

  • Majority of work in the multifamily space, with projects in hotel and commercial sectors as well
  • Both ground up and renovation work
  • $300m a year + in annual revenue
  • Have built over 5,000 units in the state of Wisconsin

Job Description

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and oversee project budgets, negotiate contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to construction standards and specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Safety: Maintain safety standards and protocols on site.
  • Client Communication: Serve as main contact for clients, provide progress updates.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years construction experience
  • Multifamily construction experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be client facing
  • College degree in construction related field is a plus!
  • Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
  • Knowledge of all safety guidelines and regulations
  • Passion for construction
