About Our Client
A major multifamily construction company is currently in need of filling a Project Manager job in the Denver, CO area. Due to the increasing demand for multifamily housing, this General Contractor is looking to hire a new Project Manager with experience in new-build, multifamily construction.
The Project Manager job entails managing all activities associated with selling, designing, and constructing multifamily housing apartments. Some of the responsibilities for this Project Manager include managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for the Project Manager job, eligible candidates ideally will possess a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. You will also need to have at least 4 or more years' experience in the construction industry, preferably with multifamily housing, and preferably with a general contractor. Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the project manager job.
