About Our Client
The company is a leading commercial GC in the Tampa area. They have an impressive pipeline of work that is all local, most of which is in the K-12 sector, but they are continuing to diversify their portfolio. This individual will coordiante with the superintendent in the field and go to the site multiple times per week. They must also handle the paperwork and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders) throughout the lifespan of the school project through closeout. The projects could range in size and scale but will be at least $5million.
The Successful Applicant
This candidate ideally will be local to Tampa or at least be able to commute from the Orlando area. They must have extensive commercial construction experience and have worked with local school county boards on K-12 projects. If they don't have K-12 experience, then other complex construction experience will suffice such as government/municipality or healthcare projects. Need 5+ years as an APM/PM.
