Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage procurement processes, and oversee project documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Handle risk management and develop contingency plans as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
