As part of strategic their strategic expansion, they are growing a New York City office to better serve clients in the region's fast-paced commercial interiors market.They are seeking a motivated Project Manager who is excited to contribute to a growing office, help shape our presence in the market, and lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with excellence.Job DescriptionProject Planning & ExecutionLead project delivery from preconstruction through punch list and turnoverDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics plansOversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyoutCoordinate with superintendents, field teams, architects, and engineersEnsure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standardsClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project partnersConduct regular project meetings and provide progress updatesProactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain project momentumFinancial ControlManage project budgets, cost tracking, and monthly financial reportingReview and approve change orders, pay applications, and invoicesForecast cost impacts and implement strategies to mitigate risksRisk, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with safety standards and NYC DOB requirementsIdentify project risks and develop mitigation plansOversee quality control procedures and closeout documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
