About Our Client
Our client is a smaller custom home builder out of Woburn who specializes in residential custom renovation and high-end finishes as well as ground-up homes. They are seeking to add a skilled project manager, to help run new work as they continue to grow.

Description
- Supervise all on site construction
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors
- Resolve day-to-day problems as they arise
- Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans
- Reading and interpreting project specifications and plans to prepare detailed and accurate take-offs
- Developing project estimates
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in high end construction
- Ability to work both in field and in office
- Commutable to projects within 30minutes of Woburn
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be client-facing
