This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in commercial management, project execution, and team leadership to play a key role in our operations.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities for a Construction Project Manager:Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to final handover.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site construction teams.Oversee procurement and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management and clients.Lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Ensure quality control and resolve any discrepancies on site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
