They are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join their established Chicago branch. This is due to substantial growth and recently winning a number of projects. Project Managers will join an established team and receive excellent training and mentorship.Job DescriptionLead and manage the day-to-day operations of civil engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, contracts, and project documentation.Maintain and cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.Manage risk and resolve project issues proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery.Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and a collaborative work environment.Track and report project progress to senior management, ensuring clear and transparent communication.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
