Job Description

As the Construction Project Manager, reporting to a Senior Project Manager/Operations Leadership, you will lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout while collaborating closely with field teams.
* Manage a dedicated Assistant Project Manager supporting documentation, RFIs, submittals, and project controls
* Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
* Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
* Drive schedule development and updates in partnership with the Superintendent
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of work
* Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

For the Construction Project Manager we are seeking:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
* Proven background delivering commercial, institutional, or public-sector projects
* Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
* Ability to lead client communication and represent the business professionally
* Experience partnering with Superintendents and field teams
* Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
* A collaborative, steady leadership style with long‑term career focus
