Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects in New York.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing industrial or heavy civil projects, preferably water or wastewater treatment, pump stations, or concrete infrastructure.
