Project Manager

• Oversee the project from pre-construction and design through performance and close-out.
• Manage overall costs, keep projects within budget, and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate the start up of each project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations.
• Create and manage the schedule for each project and match the required talent to the job.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project.
• Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crew when applicable.
• Prepare and submit project estimates to clients.
