Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor budgets and control project costs, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
