Job Description



  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure project milestones are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.


  • Client Liaison and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.


  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and vendors. Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.


  • Budget Management and Cost Control: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure profitability without compromising quality.


  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with project goals and legal requirements. Monitor compliance with contract specifications throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or disruptions.


  • Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control processes and ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.


  • Procurement and Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.


  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the job site meets all regulatory safety standards to minimize workplace injuries and incidents.


  • Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and field reports. Provide detailed status reports to senior management and clients.


  • Scheduling and Timeline Management: Develop detailed project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.


  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and municipal agencies, to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with local regulations.
