About Our Client

Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction project management.
Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure their successful execution.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients and construction teams.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the property industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
