Job Description

The Project Manager - New Construction Work is responsible for:

  • building 1 large project at a time, often over $20+ million in value
  • managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
  • serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
  • managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager - New Construction Work has:

  • at least 5 years of construction project management experience
  • a background building projects over $10 million in value
  • communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
  • a Bachelor's Degree
