Project Manager

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure adherence to plans.
• Develop and manage project schedules and work plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance and results.
