Project Manager

• Serve as the direct representative of the owner, overseeing all aspects of project planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction execution.
• Manage communication between architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure full alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead development and monitoring of project budgets, schedules, financial reviews, and progress reporting.
• Conduct technical and financial evaluations, including grant application reviews and construction phase monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure high‑quality work, adherence to plans, and proper documentation from proposal through closeout.
• Support claims analysis and provide documentation or coordination related to dispute resolution if needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare briefing materials, and maintain clear, consistent communication on project status.
