Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
