Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end construction projects within the property industry, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and addressing potential delays proactively.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations throughout all project phases.
• Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders effectively and clearly.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, maintaining a focus on solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
