Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are adhered to.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
