Project Manager

• Plan, direct, coordinate, participate and administer activities of an assigned project to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related drawings and specifications
• Mentor, coach and train Assistant Project Managers.
• Attend pre-bid/site review meetings
• Estimate construction budgets and review/prepare bid packages.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Partner with Superintendent for subcontractor reviews and selection
