Job Description

  • Oversee construction projects from planning to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks that may arise.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular project updates.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S in Construction Management or relevant degree
  • Understand costs and market conditions
  • The ability to lead and manage a team underneath you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus
  • Procore experience is a plus
