Job Description

  • Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
