Job Description



  • Manage healthcare facility construction projects from planning through completion


  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication


  • Ensure compliance with safety, health regulations, and building codes


  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams


  • Lead site meetings, monitor progress, and handle risk management

The Successful Applicant

You're a detail-oriented leader with proven experience managing healthcare construction. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at communication, and are committed to quality and safety.



  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects


  • Proven track record delivering healthcare or hospital-related construction


  • Strong knowledge of New York City building codes and healthcare compliance standards


  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)


  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams


  • OSHA 30 certification preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
