Their company is made up of around 450 employees and employees can work on an 100% remote basis.Job DescriptionSeeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the following:Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of multiple development functions, consultants, technicians, construction management, and be accountable for the execution and performance of the projectWork closely with Development and Construction teams to accomplish company goalsAssist in development of the project budget and all phases of the project for compliance with the budgetary goalsSupport and develop key project relationships with vendors, clients, and development partiesDirect all facets of each project from pre-construction and initial construction efforts to project buy-outOversee management of project scheduleDevelop site logistics plans with construction managerAssist with constructability reviews during engineering phasesSupport construction manager in the set-up of job site and mobilizationEstablish the safety plan at the job site with corporate safety departmentAssist with management of employee relations and field personnel/subcontractorsMonitor and update project projections monthly project costsImplement change management procedure in accordance with company policy and contractSupport job-site budgets and AR/APFacilitate meetings with project teamSupervise and mentor project job site staffSupport site team with RFIs and ensure submissions are being appropriately processed by the procedures established by contractsManage job site relations and communicate needs with the Engineer of RecordEstablish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, partners, and local laborUnderstand, comply, and enforce Discovery standards and proceduresOther duties as assignedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
